Pop’s Culture Shoppe provides its services to you subject to the following Conditions of Use ("COU"), which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. Any deletions from, alterations, modifications, or additions to the COU shall not be binding to Pop’s Culture Shoppe unless they are expressed in writing and accepted by a Pop’s Culture Shoppe authorized representative. Any missing items or orders not received within 30 days by the purchaser or intended recipient must be reported to Pop’s Culture Shoppe.

In order to return a product received from Pop’s Culture Shoppe please contact us within 7 days of receipt using the information on our About Us page.

Placing an order does not enter into a contract with Pop’s Culture Shoppe until the order is accepted. Pop’s Culture Shoppe may choose to refuse the order, based on lack of inventory, pricing errors, or concerns about payment.

Pop’s Culture Shoppe is an independent reseller of branded products and is not affiliated with the owners of those brands. Pop’s Culture Shoppe is not responsible for compliance by purchasers with laws governing the importation of branded products into countries outside the United States. Pop’s Culture Shoppe disclaims any liability arising from the resale of branded products by purchasers in countries where such resale is prohibited by applicable trademark laws.

Pop's Culture Shoppe reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, including orders deemed suspicious or for items that have been listed incorrectly, or for items for which the value has changed significantly.  This includes items such as collectibles like MtG or heroclix for which an announcement has created a sudden shift of value.  Please note that we make every effort to fill all orders even when underpriced, but are particulary likely to lower quantities fulfilled if a buyer purchases large quantities of an undervalued item, likely for resale.  Thank you for your understanding.
