We guarantee that you will receive exactly what was advertised in the condition specified. If the condition is not specified in the description then it is new or like new. If you want to return your order for any reason we will refund your purchase price minus shipping.  If the return is due to a Pop's Culture Shoppe error we will refund your full purchase price and postage!

REQUIRED: You must contact us within 5 days of receipt.  Please include the reason for your return (any reason accepted - we just want to know).  You will receive a reply with return shipping instructions.
Items must be returned in the condition received to receive the full refund.
Miscellaneous lots are not returnable.
Due to some credit card company policies, not all fees are returned for a cancellation, so cancellations can now only be refunded at 95% of the original order price.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Refunds or replacements for international items in the postal system will be fulfilled after 35 days from the shipping date.  This may seem long, but international shipping can vary a lot, packages regularly arrive after 30 days, and it is very costly to re-send replacements or refund orders.

Many buyers have asked, but we cannot mark customs forms as "gift." We are also required by law to mark the exact purchase price on customs forms.  

International buyers are responsible for all customs and import fees.
