Heads of State by Z-Man Games is recommended for 2 to 5 players, ages 12 to adult, and plays in about 90 to 120 minutes. A board game with nobles rising to power in the Provinces and the Royal courts of 16th-18th century Europe. There is a hierarchy of nobles and players compete to get the best nobles in each area to gain control of countries.
