Plus+ Minus-

Plus+Minus-, by Kod Kod International Games, is recommended for 2-4 players, ages 5-9, plays in 20 or moree minutes, and helps young children practice basic counting and quantity comparison skills, and older children can improve their existing skills as well!

Every player starts with five cards depicting various images that they'll try to match to a face-up card in the middle of the table. However, before they do that, they'll role the die to see whether they'll need to find a match that either adds, subtracts, or equals the symbols on the shared card.
