William B. Wilson: A Life's Journey DVD, written and directed by local author Gale Largey documents the life and ideas of the first U.S. Secretary of Labor. Wilson began working in the coal mines of Arnot, in Tioga County, PA at the age of nine, and in later years initiated many progressive movements including reforms to protect the rights of women, children, minorities, laborers, and immigrants, serving as Secretary of Labor for eight years in the Woodrow Wilson administration.
