Zoinx!

Zoinx! by Gamewright is a 2-4 player game for players ages 8 and up that takes about 15 minutes to play.

Zoinx! is a game of dicey decisions! First, all players secretly predict how many dots they think you will roll. Then you shake the dice and keep rolling as long as you meet your target; push your luck too far, though, and zoinx! - you lose everything and the points go to the players who bet against you!
